We participate in foreclosure auctions and the purchase of bank owned properties as a source of the projects we invest in. We also have the ability to use our well funded balance sheet to enable all cash transactions that achieve the best possible price for the seller. 

We are long term holders of the properties we purchase and have an eye towards beautifying and improving the projects and communities that we invest in. We utilize the latest in energy efficient building materials and systems and we are active participants in the communities in which we invest, utilizing local tradesmen and talent whenever possible.
