50 Elm Street, Bath, Maine, The Coombs-Merritt House. This Historic property was built circa 1810, according to Sagadahoc Preservation, as the first Tenement in Bath. This property was acquired by Harbor Line Capital in a foreclosure auction on August 5, 2016. 50 Elm Street offers an excellent downtown location, with its close proximity to Front Street, and the historic Bath Iron Works ship building yard. The property has undergone a complete interior / exterior renovation and was completed in 2017-2018. This property was converted into four new apartments, with separate heating systems, including three 2-Bedroom and 1.5-Bathroom layouts and one 3-Bedroom and 1.5 Bathroom layout. The building features eight off street parking places.  Additionally, there will be a garage with two off street parking spaces and storage area.

42 Elm Street, Bath, Maine, The James Haley & Margaret Haley Shaw House was added to the Harbor Line Capital portfolio in July of 2021. Similar to our 50 Elm Street property, 42 Elm Street offers excellent proximity to Bath Iron Works and is situated in the heart of downtown Bath, just steps from all the shops and restaurants on Front Street.
